Ingredients

For the Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Creamy filling base; substitute with ricotta for a lighter texture.
  • 8 oz Imitation Crab Provides the signature crab flavor; real crab enhances taste but imitation is budget-friendly.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Adds depth of flavor; fresh minced garlic can provide a stronger kick.
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce Enhances umami flavor; opt for low-sodium soy sauce for less salt.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Green Onions Adds freshness and crunch; chives can be used for a milder taste.
For the Wrapper
  • 1 pkg Wonton Wrappers Encases the filling; egg roll wrappers are great for a larger version.
  • 1 whole Egg Helps seal the wontons; omit for a vegan version, but it may affect sealing.
For Crispiness
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil Promotes a delicious crunch; use olive oil for a healthier option.
