  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Use regular paprika if smoked is not available
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Adjust based on spice tolerance
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Water Or vegetable broth for added flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For drizzling on florets

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and allow it to warm up for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into uniform bite-sized florets, rinse, and pat dry.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Gradually whisk in water or vegetable broth until a smooth batter forms.
  5. Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter, shaking off any excess.
  6. Place the coated florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
