  • 1-4 tsp Butter/Oil optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl or Ziploc bag, toss the cauliflower florets with a spritz of vegetable or coconut oil.
  3. Sprinkle the flour and garlic powder over the oiled cauliflower, mixing well until all pieces are fully covered.
  4. Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking dish.
  5. While the cauliflower wings bake, combine your buffalo sauce with a splash of melted butter or oil in a separate bowl.
  6. After 25 minutes, carefully remove the baking dish from the oven and dip each cauliflower piece into the buffalo sauce mixture.
  7. Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, considering broiling for extra crunch.
  8. Remove the wings and serve immediately with vegan ranch dressing and crunchy veggie sticks.
