Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes until hot.
  2. Dip both sides of a tortilla into the seasoned Birria broth or brush a thin layer on.
  3. Place the tortilla in the skillet, add 1/4 cup of Birria meat, and top with cheese and mushrooms.
  4. Fold the tortilla over and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
