Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F or air fryer to 380°F. In a bowl, combine halved Brussels sprouts with oil and salt, toss until coated.
  2. For air frying, place Brussels sprouts in a single layer, air fry for 6 minutes, then toss and cook for another 5-7 minutes until crispy. For baking, arrange on a lined sheet and bake for 18-22 minutes, tossing halfway.
  3. While sprouts cook, whisk together BBQ sauce, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and salt. Add optional red pepper if desired.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add grated ginger and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in sauce and reduce heat, stirring for 4-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Toss cooked Brussels sprouts with sauce in a bowl until well-coated. Optionally, return to the oven or air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve the Brussels sprouts with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds on top.
