- Begin by washing your radishes thoroughly under cool water to remove any dirt. Trim the ends and slice them into thin, even rounds—aim for about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced radishes with a light coating of oil, if desired. Sprinkle with salt and your choice of additional seasonings, and mix well until all chips are evenly coated.
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
- Once preheated, place the radish slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- After cooking, remove the radish chips from the air fryer and allow them to cool for a few minutes on a wire rack to enhance their crispiness.
