- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the pack of crescent rolls and lay it out in a circular wreath shape on parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Dollop the filling onto the center of the crescent rolls.
- Fold each triangle of dough over the filling, tucking the ends underneath.
- Brush the top of the dough with an egg wash made from beaten egg and water.
- Bake for 20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving warm.
