Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, pinching seams together.
- Pre-bake the crust for about 5 minutes.
- Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 6–8 minutes.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Layer crumbled sausage and cheddar cheese over the pre-baked crust, then pour the egg mixture on top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until set, checking doneness with a toothpick.
- Let it cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
