  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Portion the mixture onto the sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
  5. Smooth the tops with a spoon and freeze for 2-4 hours, or until firm.
  6. After freezing, transfer bites to an airtight container and label with the date. Store in the freezer for up to two weeks.
