Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Uncover and add loose-leaf tea or tea bag. Return to low heat and steep for 3-5 minutes.
  4. In a separate saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  5. Strain tea mixture into milk using a fine mesh strainer. Sweeten to taste.
  6. Pour into mugs and enjoy warm or chill for an iced version.
  7. For iced, let the mixture cool, then pour over ice.
