For the Finish
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated, can substitute with pecorino or nutritional yeast.
  • 1 handful Fresh basil Thinly sliced; spinach or kale can be used in a pinch.
  • Salt & pepper Adjust to taste.
