Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Lemon Garlic Herb Tilapia
  1. In a medium skillet, heat over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Carefully place the Sea Cuisine Garlic & Herb Tilapia into the skillet and sear for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the tilapia and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Sauté minced garlic cloves until fragrant, then sprinkle in herbs and seasonings, stirring to combine. Gradually pour in coconut cream and vegetable stock, allowing to bubble for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in freshly-grated dairy-free parmesan, and in a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Slowly whisk this mixture into the sauce and allow it to thicken over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add chopped organic kale and lemon slices to the sauce, simmer for 3 minutes. Return the seared tilapia to the skillet, ensuring it is well-coated with the sauce. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
  5. Serve the tilapia immediately alongside cooked basmati rice.
