Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 1-2 cloves of freshly minced garlic, and ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Add capers if desired and whisk to combine.
  2. Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, followed by 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until fully blended.
  3. Season with ½ teaspoon of kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Gradually add 2 tablespoons of water to achieve the desired thickness, whisking continuously.
  5. Perform a final taste test and make any necessary adjustments to seasoning. Serve after chilling for 30 minutes.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for flavors to meld.
