- Combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 1-2 cloves of freshly minced garlic, and ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Add capers if desired and whisk to combine.
- Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, followed by 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until fully blended.
- Season with ½ teaspoon of kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
