  • 3-4 drops Mint Green Food Coloring gel works best
Topping
  • 0.25 cups Powdered Sugar to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 bar Dark Chocolate Bar for curls
  • to taste Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish

Preparation Steps
  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie pan and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Whisk together vanilla pudding mix and heavy whipping cream until thick, then fold in Cool Whip, mint extract, and food coloring. Spread into the crust.
  3. Chill the pie for 4-8 hours until firm.
  4. Prepare the topping by chilling a bowl, mixing cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  5. Spread the whipped topping over the pie, garnish with chocolate curls and fresh mint. Slice and serve.
