  • 300 g Shrimp Pre-cooked or frozen
  • 1 tsp Paprika Or smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Or fresh onions
  • 1 tsp Oregano Or Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Salt Regular salt works too
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Or 1 clove minced garlic
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil Or olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped; shallots can be used
  • 1 cup Cream Or half-and-half or milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Parmesan, mozzarella, or a blend
For the Pasta
  • 300 g Cooked Pasta Any pasta shape
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley Or chives for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine shrimp with paprika, onion powder, oregano, smoked salt, garlic powder, and vegetable oil. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and sauté marinated shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink.
  3. In the same pan, sauté chopped onions for 3-4 minutes until soft and translucent.
  4. Pour in the cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in oregano and shredded cheese, cooking until melted.
  5. Add cooked shrimp and pasta into the sauce, tossing gently for 1-2 minutes until everything is coated.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve.
