- Blend Ingredients: Add the cottage cheese, fresh raspberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a blender or food processor. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Portion: Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the blender. Spoon the mixture into four serving glasses, leaving space for garnishing.
- Chill: Cover the glasses and place them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Garnish & Serve: Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves before serving.
