Ingredients
  

For the Mousse
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese Low-fat recommended
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries Can substitute with frozen
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Optional
For Garnishing
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries For topping
  • a few leaves Mint Leaves For garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Blend Ingredients: Add the cottage cheese, fresh raspberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a blender or food processor. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Portion: Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the blender. Spoon the mixture into four serving glasses, leaving space for garnishing.
  3. Chill: Cover the glasses and place them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Garnish & Serve: Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves before serving.
