- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- In a medium bowl, mix the uncooked Minute Rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and water until fully blended.
- Pour the rice mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading into an even layer. Place the chicken breasts on top evenly.
- Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix over the chicken breasts for even seasoning.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1½ hours until the chicken is cooked and the rice is tender.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for about five minutes before serving.
