  • 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Minute Rice
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup can be substituted with cream of celery
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup can be substituted with homemade chicken gravy
  • 1 cup Water or chicken broth for flavor
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix or dried onion and garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Butter can substitute with oil

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the uncooked Minute Rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and water until fully blended.
  3. Pour the rice mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading into an even layer. Place the chicken breasts on top evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix over the chicken breasts for even seasoning.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1½ hours until the chicken is cooked and the rice is tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for about five minutes before serving.
