  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed recommended
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic based on taste preference
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper adjust to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your ingredients by selecting two ripe avocados, cutting them in half, removing the pits, and scooping the flesh into a food processor.
  2. Combine avocado flesh, olive oil, lime juice, cilantro leaves, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper in the food processor.
  3. Blend the mixture on medium speed for about 30 seconds, then increase to high for an additional 30 seconds, adjusting with water for desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed, then blend for a few more seconds.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
