  • 1 medium Jalapeño diced, seeds removed for less heat
  • 1 medium Red Onion or substitute with green onions
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil add more for a looser dip

  • optional teaspoon Garlic Powder or Lemon Juice for extra flavor
  • optional ounces Roasted Red Peppers alternative to jalapeños

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Vegetables by finely dicing the jalapeño and red onion.
