  • 4 ounces cream cheese room-temperature
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons honey can substitute with maple syrup
For the Coating
  • 1/2 cup Fisher Nuts Pecan Chips or chopped walnuts/almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley optional

Preparation Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine goat cheese and cream cheese. Beat until fluffy and well-blended, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add in cinnamon and honey, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in pecan chips into the cheese mixture.
  4. Prepare parchment paper and mix remaining pecan chips, chopped cranberries, and parsley in a separate bowl.
  5. Using a cookie scoop, portion out the cheese mixture into uniform rounds and roll each into a ball.
  6. Coat each truffle in the cranberry-pecan mixture.
  7. Place truffles on parchment paper, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
