Step-by-Step Instructions for Cranberry Pecan Baked Brie
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir in ¼ cup of brown sugar, ¼ cup of maple syrup, and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Cook until bubbly.
  3. Add ½ cup of dried cranberries and ½ cup of chopped pecans to the skillet. Stir to coat with the glaze.
  4. Place the round of brie cheese on the baking sheet and spoon the cranberry and pecan mixture over the top.
