Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather ingredients and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza crust to your desired thickness and lightly brush with olive oil.
  3. Mix shredded chicken with cranberry sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cranberry and chicken mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
  5. Layer Brie cheese and mozzarella on top, then scatter sliced red onion.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, then top with fresh arugula or spinach.
  9. Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
