  2. In a blender, blend the cottage cheese until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk 2 eggs. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt, mixing well. Fold in blended cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, and ½ cup Parmesan.
  4. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground meat for 8-10 minutes. Drain grease, mix in marinara sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce, then layer with 3 noodles, half of the cottage cheese mixture, and a layer of meat sauce. Repeat layering and finish with a final layer of noodles and meat sauce.
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
