Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of Greek yogurt with 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup, stirring well until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of fresh raspberries, being careful not to completely mash them.
  3. Using a spoon, fill a silicone muffin tin with the yogurt-raspberry mixture, packing each cup evenly.
  4. Place the filled silicone mold in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  5. Once frozen, carefully remove the bites from the silicone mold and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
