  • 14 ounces Diced Tomatoes canned
  • 8 ounces Tomato Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup Tiny Pasta Shells
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach chopped
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese for topping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat; add onion and celery, sautéing until soft.
  2. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Add sugar, water, vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 20 minutes.
  5. Add pasta shells and cook for 8 minutes until al dente.
  6. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
