Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Layer the raw ground beef evenly at the bottom of a skillet or casserole dish. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Dice your yellow onions and sprinkle them over the seasoned ground beef.
  4. Thinly slice your russet potatoes and layer them evenly over the onion mixture.
