- Start by thoroughly washing and chopping your cabbage, onion, and garlic. Slice the cabbage into thin strips, dice the onion, and mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the lean ground beef along with the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is browned and cooked through.
