Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Drizzle olive oil on the baking sheet and place the salmon fillets skin side down.

  4. In a medium bowl, mix together the lemon juice, orange juice, lemon zest, and orange zest.
  5. Add red onion and minced garlic to the marinade.
  6. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets.
  7. Roast the salmon in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
