Directions

  3. In a separate bowl, crack in your eggs and beat them lightly. Then, add melted unsalted butter and milk to the eggs, mixing until well blended.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients, stirring gently with a spatula until just combined.
  5. Spoon half of the batter into your prepared loaf pan, smoothing it out evenly. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over this layer. Pour the remaining batter on top and finish with the leftover cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake the Cinnamon Sugar Bread for 50 to 55 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
