  • 2 tablespoons Milk non-dairy can be used

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3–5 minutes.
  3. Add eggs one at a time and then mix in vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Gradually fold into the butter mixture.
  5. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  6. Scoop cookie dough, flatten into a disk, place cheesecake filling in the center, and roll into a ball.
  7. Place cookie balls 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
