Cooking Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- Sauté shrimp in olive oil, seasoned with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, for 2–3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Cook minced garlic in butter for 1 minute without browning.
- Combine drained pasta with garlic and butter in the skillet.
- Add lime zest, juice, cilantro, and Parmesan cheese. Stir and add reserved pasta water until desired creaminess is reached.
- Fold in sautéed shrimp and heat through for 1–2 minutes.
- Serve garnished with extra cilantro, Parmesan cheese, and lime slices.
