  • 4 slices Fresh Ciabatta Bread
  • 8 oz Burrata Cheese

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent (3-4 minutes). Add ground meat, cooking until browned (5-7 minutes). Stir in canned tomatoes and Italian seasoning, simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In another pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté rapini for 4-5 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice ciabatta in half and toast cut-side up for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Assemble the sandwich with bolognese sauce, sautéed rapini, and burrata cheese on the toasted ciabatta.
  5. Close the sandwich, slice in half, and serve warm. Drizzle olive oil on top if desired.
