Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Crush vanilla wafers in a plastic bag and reserve 1 cup for topping. Combine crushed wafers with melted butter in a mixing bowl and press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, and banana pudding mix.
  4. Mix eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter in a separate bowl until combined.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently until no flour remains visible.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips and reserved crushed wafers.
  7. Spread the batter over the crust and bake for 15-20 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  8. Cool in the pan for about 30 minutes before slicing into squares.
