Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine thawed green beans, cheddar soup, and milk in a mixing bowl. Add minced onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar and parmesan cheese until well combined.
  4. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread the green bean mixture evenly in the dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the biscuit mix with its seasoning packet, shredded cheddar, and milk until smooth.
  6. Pour the biscuit batter over the green bean mixture and spread it evenly across the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 50–55 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.
  8. Mix melted butter with Cheddar Bay seasoning. Brush over the baked casserole.
  9. Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
