  • 1 cup Blueberry or Black Currant Compote Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers Diced, freshly roasted preferred

  4. Spread room-temperature goat cheese over each toasted baguette slice.

  6. Top each bruschetta slice with diced roasted red peppers.
  7. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, drizzle with honey if desired.
