- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- Combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- Toss the dried chicken wings in the marinade until evenly coated.
- Spread the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast the wings for 35–40 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
- Melt butter in a small pan over low heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
