For the Creamy Mixture
  • 1 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt Regular yogurt can be used for richness.
  • 1 cup Provolone or Mozzarella Cheese Feel free to substitute
  • 1/2 cup Feta or Blue Cheese Adjust to taste preference.
For the Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Green Onions Slice for garnish.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, removing the seeds and stems.
  3. Add a little water to the baking dish and steam the bell pepper halves for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine hot sauce, butter, kosher salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Stir in the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and half of the cheese until well incorporated.
  6. Fill each bell pepper half with the chicken mixture.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese, feta or blue cheese, and half of the chopped green onions on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes until tender and bubbly.
  9. Remove foil and let cool slightly before garnishing with remaining onions.
