- Cook the Chicken: Place boneless chicken breast in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-17 minutes until fully cooked and tender. Shred and let cool.

- Fry Rangoons: Heat oil in a skillet to 360°F. Fry 5-6 rangoons at a time for 20-30 seconds on each side until golden brown.
- Drain: Use a spider strainer to remove cooked rangoons from oil. Place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
