Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a lined baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Fold in Greek yogurt and bubblegum extract. Dissolve gelatin as package instructs and blend into filling.
  3. Pour filling over cooled base and spread evenly. Ensure a light and airy mixture.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  5. Slice into squares, garnish with chopped fruits, and serve.
