  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries Can substitute with raisins or dried apricots
  • ½ cup Sunflower Seeds Optional for texture
  • ½ cup Bacon Freshly cooked, cut into bits
For the Creamy Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Can use low-fat or vegan alternatives
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar Tweak for desired sweetness
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper Adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
  2. Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add diced red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds to the broccoli, then gently toss together.
  4. Pour the creamy dressing over the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  6. Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish.
