  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Adds warmth and depth.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1 cup Almond Butter Can use other nut butters like cashew.
  • 1/2 cup Molasses Regular molasses preferred over blackstrap.
  • 1 large Egg Substitutions are not recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract No substitutions necessary.
  • 1/4 cup Oil Avocado or melted coconut oil recommended.
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Maple Sugar Optional topping.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients: almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, spices, and sea salt.
  3. Stir in the wet ingredients: almond butter, molasses, egg, vanilla extract, and oil until a thick dough forms.
  4. Pour the blondie batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 25-27 minutes until firm to the touch; a toothpick should come out with moist crumbs.
  6. Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then lift out using parchment paper and let cool completely before slicing.
