  1. In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and sweet pickle relish. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until creamy and adjust seasoning to taste, then set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add lean ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 8–10 minutes until browned, then remove from heat.
  3. Heat high-protein wraps for about 10-15 seconds in the microwave or briefly in a dry skillet to soften.
  4. Layer a warm wrap, spreading special sauce over the center. Add cooked beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and dill pickle slices. Optionally, add onion.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Toast seam-side down in a skillet for about 1-2 minutes until golden-brown.
