Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, dairy-free milk, coconut cream, and vanilla extract. Stir well until mixed.
  2. In another bowl, mix chia seeds and water. Stir and let sit for about 15 minutes until thickened.
  3. Fold the thickened chia jam into the oatmeal mixture with thawed berries, creating swirls.
  4. In a food processor, blend pecans, dates, almond butter, almond flour, and vanilla until crumbly.
  5. Layer the oatmeal, chia jam, and cheesecake crumbles in jars or bowls.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight for optimal flavor and texture.
