Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place naan flat on a baking tray.
  2. Brush the edges of the naan with olive oil for a crispy crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken with half of the barbecue sauce.
  4. Spread the remaining barbecue sauce over each naan, leaving a half-inch border.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each naan.
  6. Distribute the chicken mixture and sliced red onions over the cheese, adding garlic powder and black pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and naan edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for about 2 minutes, garnish with cilantro, slice, and serve warm.
