Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. Whisk together eggs until well combined.
  4. Coat cauliflower pieces in egg mixture and then in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Cook cauliflower wings in air fryer for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Combine BBQ sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil.
  7. Mix cornstarch with water and add to BBQ sauce, simmering until thick.
  8. Toss cooked cauliflower wings in the BBQ sauce until well-coated.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
