- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, yellow mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into small patties.
- Arrange the large mushroom caps, stem sides up, on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and place the beef patties into each cap.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the beef is browned and mushrooms are soft.
- Remove from the oven and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty; bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish each stuffed mushroom with bacon pieces, halved grape tomatoes, and pickles.
