Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, yellow mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into small patties.
  3. Arrange the large mushroom caps, stem sides up, on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and place the beef patties into each cap.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the beef is browned and mushrooms are soft.
  5. Remove from the oven and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty; bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish each stuffed mushroom with bacon pieces, halved grape tomatoes, and pickles.
