- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with non-stick spray, lay out bacon strips, sprinkle rosemary and black pepper, and bake for 12-14 minutes until crispy.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter, add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking for about 4 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Sprinkle flour into the skillet with sautéed onions and garlic, stir for about a minute. Gradually pour in chicken broth and milk, stirring until the mixture thickens, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in mozzarella cheese.
- Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet into a 9x13 rectangle.
- Spread creamy sauce over the rolled-out dough, layer apple slices, bacon pieces, and cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes until cheese is bubbling and crust is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh basil or microgreens, slice and serve warm.
